Delete Account & Data
You have the right to delete your account and all associated data from Darwaza at any time.
Option 1 — Delete from the App
Fastest way
Open the Darwaza app → Profile tab → scroll to bottom → tap "Delete My Data"

Open the Darwaza app on your phone

Tap the Profile tab (bottom right)

Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete My Data"

Confirm deletion — your account and all data are permanently removed within 24 hours
Option 2 — Request via Email
If you no longer have access to the app, email us and we'll delete your account manually within 7 days.
Email Deletion Request
What gets deleted: Your account, all doors, visitor history, photos, voice messages, custom fields, and family member links. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
